Refund Policy
This policy covers credit bought for CFD runs in SOLIT Simulator. It is part of the Terms of Use.
1. How credit is used
- Credit is prepaid and is used only for CFD runs on cloud machines.
- When a run starts, the most it can cost is reserved: its time limit plus the time to stop the machine and copy the results back. You are charged for the machine time the run actually uses, billed by the second, and the rest of the reservation is returned to your credit when the run ends.
- Credit does not expire while your account is open.
2. Returned automatically
- A machine that never comes up costs you nothing; the whole reservation is returned.
- Any part of a reservation a run does not use is returned when the run ends.
- If a run fails because of a fault on our side or our cloud provider's, rather than because of the design or the settings you chose, we return the credit it used. Tell us through the support form if you think this applies and it has not happened.
3. Refund of unused credit
- You may ask for a refund of credit you have not used within 30 days of buying it. We refund the unused part of that purchase to the original payment method.
- After 30 days, credit is not refundable, but it stays on your account for future runs.
- If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of the Terms of Use, we refund all unused credit.
4. Not refundable
- Machine time used by runs that ran as you set them up, including runs you stopped early and runs whose results you do not like or did not expect.
- Credit on an account closed because of a breach of the Terms of Use or the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. How to ask, and how long it takes
Ask through the support form in the app, with the email of the account and the payment date. We reply within 5 working days. An approved refund is sent through Razorpay to the original payment method; Razorpay and your bank usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
6. Payment disputes
If something looks wrong with a payment, please contact us through the support form before raising a dispute with your bank, so that we can put it right quickly.
